About Abu Dhabi Catering
Abu Dhabi Catering is a contract catering company based in Abu Dhabi. It provides food services and related support to organisations rather than to individual diners.
Contract caterers run kitchens and dining facilities for clients such as oil and gas sites, hospitals, schools, universities, government entities, military facilities and corporate offices.
Their work includes menu planning, food preparation, serving staff and managing dining halls, often for large numbers of people every day.
Remote sites, such as offshore platforms and desert oil fields, require caterers who can manage supply chains and provide meals around the clock.
Support services such as cleaning, laundry and accommodation management are often bundled with catering, especially at remote work camps.
Food safety is critical, and caterers in Abu Dhabi must follow regulations set by the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority.
Abu Dhabi's large energy sector and public institutions create steady demand for contract catering.
Startups UAE lists Abu Dhabi Catering among the UAE's catering service companies.
