About Dtec
Dtec, the Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Campus, is a startup hub located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Opened in 2015, it has grown into one of the largest technology startup communities in the Middle East.
The campus offers flexible workspace, from hot desks to private offices, along with business licences under the Dubai Silicon Oasis free zone, which allows founders to set up companies quickly and affordably.
Community is central to Dtec's model. Members can attend events, workshops and networking sessions, meet investors and mentors, and connect with other founders.
Many startups have started at Dtec, attracted by low setup costs and the support available for early-stage businesses.
Dubai Silicon Oasis is a technology park and free zone that also hosts larger technology companies, universities and residential communities, creating an environment where startups can grow.
Programmes run at Dtec, often with corporate and government partners, help startups access customers and funding.
Its central location within the technology park and nearby residential communities makes it convenient for founders who want to live close to where they work.
Startups UAE lists Dtec among Dubai's startup hubs.
