About Dubai Adventure (Imran Khan)
Dubai Adventure is a Dubai tour business, listed under the name Imran Khan, that has been operating since 1981 with a team of 16 to 25 people. It offers desert and adventure experiences for tourists and residents.
Desert safaris are the signature experience of this kind of business. A typical evening safari includes pickup from hotels, a drive into the dunes in four-wheel-drive vehicles with dune bashing, a stop for sunset photos, and an evening at a desert camp with camel rides, sandboarding, henna painting, a barbecue dinner and entertainment.
Morning safaris, overnight camping and private safaris are common variations. Adventure operators may also offer quad biking, dune buggy rides and visits to the Hatta mountains.
Safety is a key consideration for desert driving. Experienced drivers, well-maintained vehicles and proper safety equipment matter, since dune driving requires skill.
Desert safaris are among the most popular activities for visitors to Dubai, and many residents also enjoy them when hosting guests.
Tourists comparing safari operators usually look at what is included, group size, vehicle quality, reviews and price.
