About Eclipse Event Management
Eclipse Event Management is a Dubai event company founded in 2012, with a team of 11 to 15 people.
Event management companies plan and run events for businesses and private clients. Corporate work includes conferences, product launches, gala dinners, award ceremonies and team-building activities. Private events include weddings, birthdays and celebrations.
Managing an event involves many moving parts: finding a venue, designing the theme and décor, arranging catering, audio-visual equipment, entertainment and staging, managing guest lists, and coordinating suppliers on the day. Event managers act as the single point of contact for all of this.
Smaller event companies often work closely with clients and partner with specialist suppliers for production, lighting and staging.
Events in Dubai require permits in many cases, especially for public gatherings or outdoor venues, and experienced organisers handle the approvals.
Dubai's busy calendar of business events, exhibitions and celebrations makes event management a large and competitive industry.
Clients comparing event companies usually look at past events, creativity, budget management and reliability on the day.
Startups UAE lists Eclipse Event Management among the event management companies in Dubai.
