About Inception
Inception is an Abu Dhabi-based artificial intelligence company within the G42 group. It focuses on generative AI and large language models, and is best known for its role in developing Jais, one of the most prominent Arabic-language large language models.
Jais was developed by Inception in collaboration with the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) and Cerebras Systems, a US company that builds specialised AI computing hardware.
