About National Industries Park
National Industries Park is an industrial park in Dubai, located near Jebel Ali and the main logistics corridors of the emirate. It was formerly known as TechnoPark and is part of the DP World family of economic zones.
The park provides land and facilities for manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and industrial businesses. Companies can lease plots to build their own factories or use ready facilities.
Unlike free zones, National Industries Park operates as an onshore industrial area, which can be useful for companies that need to serve the local UAE market directly.
Its location near Jebel Ali Port, Al Maktoum International Airport and major highways connects tenants to suppliers and customers in the UAE and abroad.
Industrial parks offer infrastructure such as power, water and roads, along with services that help companies with permits and setup.
The UAE's industrial strategy, known as Operation 300bn, aims to grow manufacturing's contribution to the economy, and industrial parks are key to attracting factories.
Startups UAE lists National Industries Park among Dubai's industrial zones.
