About PCM Travel Agency
PCM Travel Agency is a Dubai travel company that operates under the name The Travel Makers. Established in 2015, it has grown to a team of 201 to 500 people, making it one of the larger agencies in the city.
Travel agencies of this size usually offer a wide range of services: flight tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, tours, visa assistance and travel insurance. Corporate travel management, where agencies handle bookings and policies for companies' business travel, is often an important part of the business.
For leisure travellers, agencies can put together complete packages, combining flights, hotels and activities, and help with visas for destinations that require them. This is particularly useful for UAE residents travelling with families or visiting countries with complex visa rules.
For businesses, a travel management partner can handle frequent bookings, negotiate rates and keep travel within budget and policy.
Dubai's position as a global aviation hub, with flights to most parts of the world, makes travel a major part of life for residents and a significant industry for travel agencies.
Customers comparing agencies usually look at pricing, the range of destinations, visa support and the availability of help when plans change.
Startups UAE lists PCM Travel Agency, The Travel Makers, among the travel companies serving Dubai.
