About Promoters Global Marketing
Promoters Global Marketing is a Dubai company founded in 2015, with a team of 26 to 50 people, working in promotional marketing.
Promotional marketing agencies supply staff and run activities that put brands in front of customers. Typical work includes brand ambassadors and promoters for product launches, in-store sampling, mall activations, exhibition stand staff, hostesses for events and roadshows.
In-store promotions are common in the UAE, with promoters in supermarkets and malls offering samples, demonstrations and special deals to encourage purchases.
Agencies recruit, train and manage promotional staff, ensuring they understand the product and represent the brand well.
Event staffing, including registration teams, ushers and hosts, is another large area, especially during busy exhibition seasons.
Promotional staffing must comply with UAE labour regulations, and agencies need to employ staff legally with proper visas.
Clients comparing agencies usually look at staff quality, training, reliability, reporting and cost.
